2025 VW Gol: Technical Data, Price and Evaluation

The Gol Last Edition 2023 featured a 1.0-liter flex-fuel engine with 84 horsepower and a 5-speed manual transmission. It offered basic features like air conditioning, power door locks, and two airbags. The Gol Last Edition marked the end of the Gol’s production run in the US.

Fuel Economy

The Gol Last Edition achieved a fuel economy of around 23 to 33 mpg, depending on the fuel used.

The Polo Track: A New Contender

While not a direct replacement for the Gol, the 2025 Volkswagen Polo Track has emerged as the new entry-level model in Volkswagen’s lineup. It offers a similar level of practicality and affordability as the Gol, with a 1.0-liter MPI engine, a 5-speed manual transmission, and a starting price of around $17,000.
